There are many fascinating places in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry . One of them is the Quiddtch Pitch. It is very fascinating to the muggle world.

But there are also many rules in Quidditch. You would spend the whole night staying up reading it.

There are teams, and they go against each other. There are 3 chasers, 2 beaters, 1 keeper, and 1 seeker. The whole game depends on the seeker because if neither of the seekers catch the snitch, the game may go on forever. Like in most sports, there are balls. In Quidditch, there are 4 balls. One of them is the snitch, one quaffle, and one bludger. The beaters keep the bludgers away from the other players. The chasers carry the quaffle (because it does not fly on its own), and passing it to each other. The keeper guards the three hoops on each side, trying to catch the quaffle before it goes through one of the hoops. If it does, the team that threw it gets 10 points. The bludgers aren't worth anything, and the snitch is worth 150 points, and it also ends the game.

If you don't understand anything in the paragraph above, read the books. You will probably understand it much better.

P.S. They play Quidditch on broomsticks. Don't try this at home!
