Hi. I'm Caitlin, and here are some facts on the Gentoo Penguin.

The Gentoo Penguin is the smartest penguin in the world! They are small, chubby, and they have lots of blubber on them. The Gentoo Penguin has black on it's back, head, and chest. They are 30 inches tall, and they weigh 12 pounds.
The Gentoo Penguins are carnivores. They eat crustaceans, fish, and squid. The females have up to 4 eggs. And the eggs take at least 51 days for the eggs to hatch. And while the baby chicks are still in their eggs, the father Gentoo stays home watching the eggs while the mom hunts for other wild arctic animals to eat.
The Gentoo Penguin's enemies are skuas, kelp gulls, and leopard seals.
