about us

Hi. I'm Caitlin, and here are some facts on the Little Blue Penguin.

The Little Blue Penguin is called Little Blue Penguin or the Fairy Penguin. The Little Blue Penguin got its name Fairy Penguin because it's small like a fairy. The penguin is blue on its back, head, flippers, and beak. It's very short and chubby too.
The penguin's height is 16 inches and weighs very little.

The Little Blue Penguin is a carnivore. They eat squid, plankton, krill, and fish. Their food helps the penguin to keep warm in their very cold habitat. .
Females have up to two eggs, and it takes 36 days for the eggs to hatch. When the baby penguins are five years old, they are ready to roam freely about in their habitat.

The Little Blue Penguin's predators are killer whales, seagulls, seals, and sharks. If the Little Blue Penguin even gets close to their enemy, they will be spotted in a split second.
